FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process includes meeting/conversing with the client to find out exactly what they're looking for, meeting the day of event and taking photos while learning and observing the group or individual to ensure I capture personality, and then I edit for up to 2 weeks making sure every image is up to par. After this, I hand over all the edited images on a CD, flash drive, or set up a gallery on my website for ordering prints.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience in photography, including film, black and white, color, studio, and outdoor. I've worked with multiple professionals, learning their processes and well as implementing my own. I have my Associates degree in both Photography and Advertising
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when I got my first camera at the age of 12. I was always fascinated by capturing moments, so I started carrying it with me everywhere. When I was able to get schooling for it, I was so excited to learn the ins and outs of what has been a huge part of my life for long. As a sophomore-senior in high school, I took film photography classes. I fell in absolute love with not only the process, but also composition as well. I went on to college, taking photos of everything and anything, finding that I loved working with people and taking portraits of them! "If you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life." I live by that every single day.
