- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive, no extra fees for holidays or certain hours, or for extra tasks or medicines. (We do have to charge for parking in the downtown core and also for special key trips.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation is complementary so that we can both meet each other and the pets. You have a chance to ask any questions and to show us your pet's routine. From there, once we both agree that we are a good fit, it's very easy to book going forward. You can also have the opportunity to meet anyone not at the initial consultation in the case of dog walking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are certified in pet First Aid and CPR. All dog walkers are trained and experienced with different types of dog behavior.
