- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do many types of photography, the price will vary depending on the service but the best part about booking with me is that you will always get a good price on your next shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a Starbucks store manager for over five years, where I learned how to always make sure that my service satisfies my clients and to make sure they received what they have asked for. Working at Starbucks has taught me what I believe to be world class customer service. After working at Starbucks for five years, I decided to explore my opportunities and become an educator. I eventually became an early childhood education coordinator. This job taught me the skills that I needed to learn to be able to work well with children and one of those skills was how to make them feel comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. This is a true benefit when taking photos!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my photography career as a hobby shooting for my high school yearbook. From then on, I had many people who motivated and encouraged me to take this on as a professional career! The best thing about it is that I get to do what I love!
