Jon has cooked and prepared drinks for Montalbano Farm dinners on many occasions. His sorrel soup, for example, is second to none (I really loved it!). Jon also prepared food and drinks for us while working at Chef Amaury's Epicurean Affair in Aurora, Illinois. The service was impeccable. The drinks were out of this world - delicious and unique. He is personable, friendly, and attentive. Jonathon would be a valuable asset to any team.

Jon is an incredible hard worker and has an amazing amount of knowledge. He literally is a walking encyclopedia! I have worked with him for a couple of years now, in different companies, and his attention to detail is truly inspiring. He also is inventor and innovator. Being in between a generation gap between past inventors and young innovators that is a powerful mentality to have on your side.

Had a wonderful private dinner hosted and prepared by Jon. The food and wine from beginning to end was superb and served with panache.

We asked Jon to create a special cocktail for a going away party for one of our friends. He did that, and then went the extra mile and created an entire themed menu of historical and invented cocktails. Each of the drinks was delicious (I didn't get a chance to try all of them, but I tasted most of them). Our friend had a wonderful time, and so did all the people who came to the party. And now I have a new favorite drink.
