- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $75. Since each job is different, work and price estimates must be done after the in-home visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a 30-minute phone consultation to get a basic understanding followed by a 60-90 minute in-home visit. A follow-up visit is scheduled to review a proposed action plan. Hands-on working sessions are scheduled thereafter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a member of NAPO (The National Association of Professional Organizers) and the Seattle Chapter of NAPO. I am engaged in NAPO classes for Certified Education Credits and actively pursuing Certification through the BOCPO.
