Introduction: It is a privilege to be included in someone's journey toward healing. I view therapy as an opportunity for the client and me to discover new and more fulfilling practices for a happier life.
I use both talk therapy and art therapy (it is the client's choice). I believe these approaches together can help uncover feelings, thoughts and events that affect us without us even knowing why. I am constantly amazed at the power of creative expression in self discovery.
