Introduction: I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have more than 15 years of experience providing compassionate counseling services for people who are struggling to find a deeper meaning in their lives. Common themes include: relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety, life adjustments and transitions, and addictions. I enjoy being present for my clients. This is demonstrated by deeply listening to their life story without judgement. I believe this is the foundation of any healthy relationship including that between a therapist and client.
