My first job was at a local plumbing supply house in Hawaii. We focused on helping people achieve their plumbing projects or repair needs. Throughout this time I discovered the value in assisting people in reaching a goal, It made me feel good. My knowledge of plumbing parts grew and I started my carrier as an apprentice. I realized how much I loved working with people and the feeling of doing a good job. This was what I was going to do. After several years as a journeyman plumber my family and I moved to Seattle, WA. There I met my business partners and decided to create a company that delivers fair pricing and quality work!

Our water heater decided to go out on us Saturday evening. We have had it for 22 years and it reached its life span. I tried to shut off the water to the tank and that broke as well. So, it leaked all night and flooded our laundry room the next morning. I called Ally Plumbing and they sent Joe out to give us an estimate. He also capped the pipe where the valve broke. The next morning Joe showed back up to take out the old water heater and install the new one. He was friendly and worked hard. I spent most of the time watching him and asked questions. He was very patient and explained the process and ways to make the new one last for many years. He was finished by noon and I was very pleased with his work. I have finally found an honest and reliable plumber and plumbing company.

I busted my back yard faucet at 8am. Got the water turned off out front, and called Ally Plumbing. They couldn't send a plumber out until 12pm or 2pm. I then got a call back, that a plumber had been freed up and could come right over. Gino showed up and reviewed the situation. Busting out the brick work would have been an extra $150, but Gino suggested I could do that myself, which I did. He then went about replacing the faucet and I was up and running by noon. Very efficient and I appreciated his concern to save me some money. Great service! Thanks, Gino and Ally Plumbing!
