Introduction: I am here to help you enhance the visual aesthetics of your space. I have worked as a muralist in the Seattle area for the past four years and offer a range of different styles to work from. I specialize in realism with a component of geometric abstraction. I also work in lettering and branding as well as logo rendering. Landscape work, animals rendering, and both expressive and classical portraits are areas I thrive in as well. Mari and Leo are exceptional. We reached out to them when our studio opened to contemplate creating a mural together. From the very beginning, they were open-minded and engaged listeners. Mari kept me involved in all of their decisions, and they even designed a sketch that we talked through live to ensure we were on the same page. Though I didn't know how to express what I wanted in artist-lingo, I felt heard and understood the entire way. I asked Mari and Leo for a mural that would mimic the experience of "looking into nature." I also loved the idea of sacred geometry and a figure in meditation to center the piece around. What they created was seriously magical and somehow captured everything I desired and more. The depth and intention of the mural is incredible. It looks and feels organic, as if it had always been a part of the space. While Mari did the sacred geometry and figure design, Leo created this asymmetrical movement and depth across the entire mural that feels somewhat like a river flowing through a forest, but with elements of calligraphy and graffiti. So good. It definitely has the "looking into nature" feel; you can rest your eyes on it and engage with it for hours. I highly recommend these two. In fact, we hope they will be our mural artists moving forward with any other studios we open.

Mari painted a custom mural for me that spans four closet doors. She collaborated with me on theme and colors so that it would go well with my apartment. It turned out amazing! She made sure I was happy along the way and was open to feedback. I couldn't be happier with her work!

Mari was a wonderful addition to our event. We hired her to live paint during a charity event and used the painting as an auction item. Her work was extraordinary and everyone walking by wanted to be THE ONE to get to take her work home. I look forward to working with Mari again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$13-$15/Per Square Foot plus the cost of supplies. Price is subject to variation based on complexity of design, time frame, and working conditions. I also offer design mock up services for an additional charge of $200 - $500
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an intake meeting, either over the phone or in person to collect some preliminary information such as the size of the wall, timeline, type of design, the vision the client has for the project etc... If design work is needed, it is within this phase that we establish the vision for the project and begin the dreaming process. After the intake I will write a quote for the project. If the client agrees to this quote, I will draft up a contract and set a timeline for the job to be carried out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three years of training in an atelier setting focusing of figurative and observational art.
