- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every piece is unique. Therefore, our pricing is specific to each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, clients will text or e-mail a photo of their project. Based on that photo, we will respond with an approximate estimate. If the client is content, we set up an appointment to come out and deliver fabric samples or we e-mail links where the client can choose samples. Once the fabric selection is complete, we order fabric. As soon as fabric is in, we pick up the piece and start to work immediately. Unlike other shops, we guarantee completion within a two week time frame.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Francisco, our upholsterer, did all his training in Mexico City. With over 20 years in the trade, Francisco has the skills and experience to produce beautiful quality work. He has a passion for upholstery and takes great pride in the work he does.
