I couldn't be more pleased with how quickly my Mothers home sold through Blue Emerald Real Estate. Jessica researched other comparative homes sold in the area, arrived at a fair price, and sold the house within two weeks! She also made sure my Mom only paid for repairs that were absolutely necessary, keeping that cost well below $200. My questions were answered immediately, or if Jessica did not know the answer, she would get back to me within 24 hours with an answer.
