- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the job as a whole not only by the hour so you get exactly what you want and we stay competitively priced and the customer gets GREAT service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I review the home with the customer room by room and ask them to point out their main concerns/needs. I make some suggestions along the way and we come up with an overall plan of attack. If the customer is present during the cleaning service I will periodically ask them to review my work as rooms are completed to be sure it is up to their standards. If anything is missed or not adequate it is corrected right then. If the customer wants recurring service and won't be home during cleanings we still know exactly what they want and expect to see when they return home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a medical background and was a lab technician, this is where I really learned the meaning of disinfecting and sanitizing. I have also worked as a nanny with small children, which requires lots of cleaning skill. I have worked as a residential house cleaner for 5 years now, first part time and more recently full time.
