I had oak floors refinished in living room & bedroom, kitchen, hallway and three closets. All work was excellent. The kitchen floor had two layers of old linoleum that had to be removed and
several boards that had to be replaced. The wood floor now looks great. When the prospective tenants came to see the house, their first response was how great the wood floors looked.
I also had a vinyl floor put on in the bathroom. The suggestion for a pattern was very good.
Sandy runs a very professional and efficient office.
