Introduction: I view each person as unique and work to meet each individual's needs by helping him or her to grow through the use of research-based treatment modalities. Using these integrative mental health treatments, I provide therapy for the mind, body, and spirit of each client as they move and grow in the direction of their choosing.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Board Certified, who has been providing therapy for adults and adolescents in a variety of settings for over 20 years. I am also a Board Certified Professional Counselor with the American Psychotherapy Association and a member of the American Counselors Association.
I received my undergraduate degrees from Oxford College of Emory University and The University of Georgia. I graduated with honors from The Georgia School of Professional Psychology and received my training in Clinical Hypnotherapy from The Wellness Institute.
Investing in Yourself
Therapy is not a relationship to enter into lightly. It is an investment of time, effort and money where you allow yourself to matter and work to transform your opportunities. Take the time to reflect on your goals, talk with a therapist and then make an appointment.
