Miguel and Tim were my agents for one condo purchase and two condo sales. They provided detailed reports of currently marketed and recently sold properties in my area to help me determine an appropriate listing price for my places. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable about the current market, and very effective with their marketing plan for my place. I had multiple offers on one of my condos, all over the listing price, after only being on the market for 5 days. They helped me analyze all the offers and make a final decision on which offer to accept. In addition, they kept me informed of the escrow status throughout the entire process and promptly answered all my questions. Miguel went above and beyond what was required, including offering to give access to a handyman to perform some minor repairs while I was out of town, and cleaning up after my dog had an accident in the house prior to a showing. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering selling or buying a property!

Tim and Miguel made buying our first home easy and painless. Not only did they plan and take us on tours of numerous homes in our target area and price range every weekend, they walked us through all the steps necessary before and after the purchase to secure the home we loved and ensure that everything was in order. They were constantly providing us with answers to questions we didn't even know we should be asking! They even had multiple recommendations for getting our financing, inspections, repairs... everything we could possibly need. On top of it all, they are extremely pleasant to be around and clearly care about helping you find the perfect home.
