- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When teaching lessons from my home in Sherman Oaks, I charge $30 for a 30min lesson and $50 for a 1 hour lesson. I am more than willing to travel to your home for lessons, just add a $10 travel charge. Payment is due at the end of the lesson and can be taken in the form of cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, etc. I understand how busy life can be, so I do not require any kind of commitment or advance payment. Lessons are pay-as-you-go and can be rescheduled or cancelled with no penalty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to use my own material when teaching students. This allows me to customize the pace and specifics of your lesson to best suite your needs/skill level. Learning to play from a traditional lesson book is not the best for everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for Audio Engineering and also briefly studied jazz composition while in college. I've spent about 2yrs on the road touring the country with multiple rock bands and I also have experience leading contemporary christian church services. I recently moved to LA after being singed to a label as a artist/songwriter.
