- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand a few things about the customer to help get them the product or service that best suites their needs. 1. Are the repairs and emergency? 2. Are they considering replacing buying new or used? 3. How do they use the product that is being serviced or replaced? 4. What is the budget for the project and/or what is the customer hoping to invest? 5. When are the best times to schedule service or installation? 6. Does the customer have any special needs or concerns? 7. Does the customer need help in figuring out whats best to repair or replace? 8. What are the customers future use or needs for the product being replaced?
