Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback. Although we always hope and take every step in pre-organizing each event and every detail to ensure there will be no issues, there are times when simple issues do occur, which is why, just as you stated, we immediately got the items replaced. It was very unfortunate that the venue was not opened during a prescheduled preparation time slot due to severe weather, removing 4 hours of my teams prep time. I explained this to the party host and explained we would do everything we could to make up for that lost time. We were at the venue early and late each day, making every effort to make up for something that was completely out of our control. It is always our mission to provide the best quality service and product and to completely satisfy every customer! I have added some photos of the event for future customers review. I'm sorry the impression was that decorations were being done through out the event, as the coordinator, it is a common practice to constantly walk the venue to check on tables and guests, not to be perceived as placing decorations. Every effort was made to provide accommodations such as several consultation phone calls prior to payment received, consistent phone calls before and after business hours, and discounting the overall event to make every attempt to meet expectations within a set budget.
