Around 2013, My husband and I were introduced to Bill Maxwell through a good friend of ours when we needed help remodeling a rental property. Bill did an excellent job with everything - it was apparent from this first encounter that Bill was very hardworking and conscientious. It was wonderful to have someone that communicated with me throughout the entire project, which was very important to me. From that first job he did for us, we continued to call him to work on various projects for us until the month that he left Monroe. We always felt his prices were fair and reasonable, he showed up when he said he would and would always contact me if he could come over earlier or later. He worked a full time job and did work for us on the side, and we never had a problem working with his schedule, it was worth the wait. He worked on our home and then when we built a house, I asked him to come over and do jobs around the house for me. I trust Bill completely to handle any job he agreed to do, and would often leave my home open so he could get started if we weren’t home, he is extremely trustworthy and we have always been pleased with his work. I knew about a year ago that he was planning to move, so I Asked him to do as many jobs for us before he left. I got to know Bill through the years and gained a lot of respect for him. Sad to see him leave Louisiana, but happy for him.

Bill did an exceptional job supervising and working on two major renovation projects for me. He completed these projects as well as other smaller jobs for me over the last three years. I would strongly recommend his services without reservation.

Bill was very quick to respond and delivered on what he promised so far. His quote was below others and his hourly rate affordable. He offered to meet me in public before coming to my house because I expressed concerns about not knowing him and being home with my kids. He is reasonable and fair and helped me solidify what I needed done as far as the project I had in mind. He also fixed a molding in my house at no additional charge and then sealed the deal by knocking a few dollars off the original quote because he said he was in the area and didn’t have to travel far for the job. Bill will be returning to do some more work and I’d hire him again I’m a heartbeat based on our initial interaction.
