- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do, but it is impossible for me to put down a priceless for all plumbing issues. But they're all in my head. And they don't change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess the customers needs. Give them all their options. So they can make an educated decision, for what's best for them, and their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From 1981 to 1984 I learn Plumbing during high school. Once I graduated I attended night school for three years while working in the field as a apprentice plumber. Then I acquired my journeyman's Plumbing license. Then I went back to school for another year, and acquired my master's plumbing license state for the Massachusetts. Came to Georgia in 2003, went back to school for another year,and acquired my masters plumbing license for the state of Georgia.
