Yes I price per person I will always work with my customer budget and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Returning their calls in a timely fashion Finding out what there catering needs are meeting them at there venue Preparing a food tasting Following up with them Making sure to address any changes in there catering needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in food industry for 20 years and own and operated my catering company for 10 years, I graduated from Le cordon Bleu October 6, 2013 with honors and have been moving forward. I also have an event planner on staff a DJ photographer and a Bartender.
