My prices are based on the square foot for a home and travel distance. I offer 10% discount for military and senior citizen, first time homebuyers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our standard of inspection includes: Exterior Walls, Electrical Systems , Roof and Roof Cover, Doors and Windows, Structural Component , Foundation, , Plumbing Appliances, HVAC System, Shower bathtub and toilets, as well as the Garage.
