Perfect SAT and ACT scores. I'm an extremely casual tutor who has high expectations of my students. I pride myself on being able to easily relate to teenagers and lower their anxiety. My teaching style can be described as "show, lead, perform." First, I'll show a student how to solve a problem. Then, I'll lead the student through a similar problem. Then, I'll ask the student to solve a problem completely independently. Throughout repeated iterations of this process, I can diagnose misunderstandings and hangups and address those with more practiced problem-solving.

My son was struggling with staying organized and with some of his course work in high school. Frank helped him stay on track with his assignments and showed him how to do this on his own. Frank is very bright and was able to tutor him in math, science and writing. He took the time to understand my son and help him achieve academically. My son respected Frank which made their sessions productive and even enjoyable. On a final note, Frank understands, parents too. I highly recommend him.

FRANK TO THE RESCUE!!!!! This was hands down the best tutoring experience ever. Frank is patient, fun, and incredibly smart (Harvard grad doesn't hurt!). He knows the mistake you're about to make before you even think about making it as he has an uncanny ability to pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses with laser precision. Frank tutored our son Charlie through his freshman and sophomore years of high school. He is incredibly well- versed in multiple subjects and very patient- he was able to relate to Charlie on his level while motivating him to do the work he needed to do. We all loved Frank!
