- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25/hour is my standard rate, however when communicating back and forth, not every contact will fill an entire hour. You will only be charged for the actual time spent on your project. As a general guide, the first round of heavy edits to a Resume usually takes around 2.75 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on where they are in the writing process, I encourage clients to think about the picture they would like to present of themselves- creative and innovative, hard-working and detail-oriented, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professionally I provide Vocational Rehabilitation services, which includes interviewing to assess interests and goals, editing resumes and cover letters, and coaching students as they develop college admissions essays.
