We were eager to work with Carroll Sons but unfortunately never received a quote from them. Chris came out to look at the work (siding repair) on November 7. He told us he was getting married in a few days, so we weren't worried when we didn't hear back from him right away. I continued to ping Kelley at the office - Nov 13, Nov 19, Dec 5, Jan 4 - Kelley continued to confirm they were still interested in the work and would get the quote out to me soon. Ultimately decided it wasn't worth my time to keep chasing them. Disappointing, because the verbal quote Chris gave us was good, and he sounded like he knew what he was doing.

At Carroll Sons we believe that meeting with the home owner is more beneficial than quoting a job online. Messages are checked each morning and a call back to the customer is made the message was left or the next morning. Jack Sennott, Owner
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Paul’s son Jack, began his career in 1979 learning the roofing, gutter and siding business side-by-side with his Dad. In 2017, Paul passed away leaving the business to his only son Jack.
