- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only give digital copies of edited photos. I charge for the hours I will be taking photos at an event and the amount of time that will take me to edit and send the number of photos that are requested. I give a discount to clients who were referred by previous clients. I love it when a new client mentions a previous client because that is a great way to connect with them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a phone call and talk about what is needed for the project. I have a lot of equipment so I want to know if i need to bring everything or just some of it. I then talk about the deliverables and how the event will be organized.
