Introduction: We have the ability, knowledge, and talent to provide just about any type of cuisine needed for catering along with exceptional and friendly customer service. We have the best grilled & fresh sandwiches, daily specials, fresh daily made soups, and homemade desserts on our food truck. I have put this food truck / catering trailer together after 35+ years of professional food service experience in restaurants throughout the intermountain area and I'm eager to share my delicious passions with everyone. From grilled Reubens & Cuban Sandwiches,Fish & Chips, to fresh Pork Chili Verde, Creamy Chicken Rice, Broccoli Cheese Soups, Clam Chowder, and Homemade Carrot Cake.

The best Ruben sandwich I have ever had hands down and don't even get me started on the carrot cake!! Great souls as well. Karl is an amazing cook and also very personable. Very impressed with the service as well.

Pricing is catered to each party and needs of each customer, it can be adjusted through a variety of ways: portioning, types of foods, presentation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to work one on one with the customer to make sure that all their needs are met and achieved and so that we both have a complete understanding of what their needs are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35 years in the industry, worked as an executive chef in several hotels and restaurants along the Wasatch front since the early 1980's.
