- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is realistic and based off of how long the job would take. If I were to help a customer with a malfunctioning computer, they will know my thought process through the entire job so they never feel overcharged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would always like to get to know you and what your interests are so we can continue to work together in the future!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently in my 3rd year working towards my degree in computer science.
