FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing service for trapping. We'll start with a set up and inspection, which is $199 plus tax. We will come out and do a full inspection of your property, checking for entry points, exit points, urine, feces - any animal indicators whatsoever. We will check the roof, the roof line, everything down to the weep holes. Once we gather all the information we need, we will set all the appropriate traps. We do not limit the number of traps that we set, so if we need 2 or 5, it doesn't matter. Once we start trapping, we ask that you check the traps every morning no later than 9 am and call our office to notify us if we have a pick up. We don't charge per animal, just per trip, which is $99 plus tax. That means whether you have two raccoons or five, you still only pay that one flat trip fee. We don't come out and just throw some traps in your backyard - we want to maximize our efforts while minimizing your costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every client specifically for their need. We do not try to sell anything that is not needed. Our prices are very upfront and we do not use scare tactics. We'll be checking for entry points, exit points, urine, feces - any animal indicators whatsoever. We will check the roof, the roof line, everything down to the weep holes. We'll spend close to an hour checking every nook and cranny of your home. Once we determine exactly what is in your home, we'll give you a complete breakdown of what it will take to animal-proof your home. It could be as basic as trapping one animal and then closing the entry point to complete exclusion on a home that has multiple entry points.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our costumer base is not limited. We work with all types of clients. From the neighbor behind us who has moles or armadillos to commercial companies like Walmart Distribution and CBRE.
