Introduction: Using up to three cameras, I will shoot up to two hundred photos of a property while having a good eye for what angle shots that will help make the exterior of the house look as inviting as possible. On the interior shots, one camera is capable of capturing nearly the whole room (without using a fish eye lens that comes out warped), and through experience and practice, I have developed an eye for the best angle shots to help the interior rooms look large and in the best light possible. Depending on the size of the property, I can do a "shoot" between 30 and 45 minutes, can include measuring the rooms, and since I am a member of the MLS, I can set up an appointment to do the shoot which will allow the Listing Realtor to just leave it in my hands. My rates are between $20 and $40 . I love trying to capture the best photos to catch the eye of buyer prospects so they want to see the property!
