- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m willing to give discounts if you are my frequent customer. Weekly 5% I do flat rates. I do per job. I do biweekly, weekly, monthly and hourly too, depends on the house and willing to work with customers budget. I don’t charge any fees, but I do ask for customers with pets, please provide your own vacuum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet the customer at the location so we can go over things like the house needs, important cleaning details, schedule, discounts and customers budget. I can also do over the phone interview if that satisfies a customer. My job is to fill my customers needs. Both being the owner and the person who will clean your house, I can tailor my service to your specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 months training of residential cleaning by company of professionals.
