- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75.00 and hour for on-site service. After 1st. hour pricing is in 15 minute increments. Customers get the best value by purchasing tickets. Rate goes down to $60.00 an hour. That's a great on-site service price.

Asking questions and listening is how I find out what the customer needs or the best way I can help.

I have held the Comp Tia A+ certification since 1995. I am certified by Microsoft as an IT professional, MCITP. I have over 20 years experience.
