- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client, I do a thorough consultation. Getting to know their hair and their needs, ask for pictures of what they'd like, I ask a lot of questions so I can really get a feel for what the client is wanting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cosmetology license and continuing education from Ulta and JC Penney in multiple color and cut techniques.
