I've used these guys twice now. On both occasions they came on time and communicated well. These guys hustle! There is no messing around, they get stuff loaded and unloaded quickly. Very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Sorry was very displeased after already being understanding in the beginning but 2nd and 3rd time no show/being HOURS late plus asking for an extra 40$ AFTER the fact after being told first we went over from 330…they showed up at 355 (drive time 345 I guess sure) not with the mover guys (they were great and worked hard to get the job done) but with the experience with management and late times/no shows, had to call/text each time AFTER was late already and was told 3 different start times, had to ask what was going on and when etc. I had to reach out first, otherwise we’d be just sitting there waiting. I wasted a whole afternoon which delayed our end, as the 1 uhaul truck we rented had to be used for a different move at 5 (scheduled movers 1-4). I understand their extra 40$ was for going “over time” but then it changed to oh it’s for show up time was 330 and you ended late to oh we mean the 10 min drive back is 40$. I don’t think Sara knew was going on and we were told management above her tried to compromise with a 15$ discount….after losing half a day, paying for an extra uhaul day, delaying our other move etc. Sara tried to argue saying uhauls aren’t 100$ it’s 39.95$ but on a professional standpoint, I don’t think that’s any of her business and as a customer, I’m not required to notify you what I’m doing in my spare time. If Sara wants to pay for the extra day uhaul and gas (we had to make extra arrangements of driving since the schedule delayed), my wage of taking off work the next day since everything was delayed, and the cancellation fees for paying for labor on what was suppose to be done that afternoon…then I’ll def keep my mouth shut but please do not comment “it’s only 39.95 not 100.” Tried to ask for her boss, but management was unavailable. Like i mentioned, we were very understanding from the 1st hour being late an hour…but being told 2 different times after. No. Was told 1. Never showed up. Was told it’s going to be 4. Yeah didn’t cut it. Then was told 330. Showed up at 4. Then had the nerve to say…okay 15$ discount….after I had to ask. No. What would’ve been nice is if it was communicated effectively ahead of time so customers can cancel if needed be and hire another company who can do the job or do not overbook if you have no extra staff available. I understand extenuating circumstances (for instance, 1 hour late the 1st time) but the 2nd and 3rd proposed times, shitty 15$ discount, and asking for an extra 40$ at the end because we supposedly went over 10 mins (their drive time)…..yeah no. Do not recommend. Mover guys were great. We tipped. Had even my husband and brother help them move stuff. They understood the situation and even told us they were sorry for the inconvenience.
