FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We base the cleaning fee on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and include the living room and kitchen for free. We also provide a discount for recurring cleanings, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can see how the pricing works on our website.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Any cleaning service with solid reviews delivers a clean home. What varies is the ease of scheduling, the clarity of pricing (without surprises or constant upselling), and the friendliness of the staff. There’s nothing worse than having someone in your home that has a lousy attitude and makes you feel uncomfortable. Larger services are successful because they serve clients so well, but they might not have instant availability and may not be as flexible with their packages or services because they have to keep their system running as smoothly as possible. You might be better served by a smaller company with great reviews as they are more flexible meeting your needs and may not have all the overhead in their pricing to stay profitable.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Make sure the fundamentals are covered, with background checks and insurance coverage. There’s no reason to skip this step and carry unnecessary risk as the client. If you have certain cleaning supplies that you prefer to be used, ask the cleaning company if they will use your supplies instead of their own. They should be willing to do this and have you show them how you use them successfully to ensure they achieve the same clean result. Finally, ask if they have a guarantee if you’re not satisfied. There’s no reason for any homeowner to take on the risk of not getting what they want with professional services today.
