- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on each session. My clients generally train 1-2 days a week with me. Please inquire if you have further questions regarding pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a new client orientation for each of my clients where we go over the clients goals, their timeline for when they want to reach their goals (if applicable), any health or medical issues I should be aware of, any injuries past or present, we also will do measurements(which we will also do weekly in order to see changes in body composition/ weight loss) and discuss the clients nutrition
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified conditioning specialist, a certified personal trainer through the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers, and I am also a certified nutrition coach through the National Association for Fitness Certification and am currently pursuing my Master's in Nutrition at Auburn University.
