- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not accepting insurance at this time as an in-network provider, but most of my patients do submit my invoices to their health care provider as an out-of-network provider. Many employer health plans will cover out-of-network provider claims after a certain deductible is met. I try to keep my rates affordable for all of my clients and will suggest a customized plan to help meet your goals.
