- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing structure because I give discounts to just about every client. I did an inspection for a young couple and let them pay me a few months after closing to help them get things going easier. I enjoy helping people durning this stressful undertaking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get all the information I can about what type of house needs inspecting. I request a feature sheet from the real estate agent so I have as much information as possible. I give the client a quote and set up a time as quickly as possible to inspect the house to help the client move the process along
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a class to earn a Residential Builders License. I passed the state 2 part test in one try. I then took a Home Inspection class with Penn Foster out of Pennsylvania. I finished with a 3.9 GPA.
