- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flat rate pricing, percentage pricing and hourly. Every event/client is different with needs of various types.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first have a phone conversation requesting exactly what the client is needing then set up a time and date to meet to go over all details the client is requesting. I have relationships with vendors that I recommend as well as researching anything needed for the client's event. I will then type up documents to go over and sign ex: contract sheet, event description with event breakdown and anything else needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as an event coordinator on a yacht for three years planning weddings, birthday parties, corporate functions, networking mixers, themed and holiday parties as well as tours through the Delta.
