- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very reasonable for the level of overall service our clients will be receiving. At the same time we want to be competitive with our competition in the market. We do not use cheap, unskilled labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make the customer feel like they matter from the start of our relationship until the end. We do not take any work or people we work with for granted. First we find out what type of cleaning is needed and agreed to either over the phone, by email or an in person visit, Then we complete an estimate the same day we come out to visit and look at the work needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, David Katsantones have a Master degree in Business/Project Management as well as 27 years commercial and residential cleaning experience.
