- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really don't as each house and project is different. We do offer different sales throughout the year depending on what suppliers offer me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make an appointment that usually takes 30 to 60 minutes. It will be with me, and only me. I measure, and show the materials that we will be using on the house, and answer any questions. Then leave an estimate good for 30 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years in the home improvement business, selling, managing and running companies. I also consult all over the country for other companies showing them how to become more profitable.
