I was a first time home buyer, and when I met Nicolette after meeting 3 other realtors, she made the process of getting my condo the best, for it being my first time. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Please contact me directly to discuss commission prices. I offer a discount to all of my Thumbtack referrals which is 5% to sell your home, my standard commission is 7%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first step is having a one-on-one conversation over the phone. We can go over why your looking to sell, a brief description of your current home so I can do preliminary research of area comparable homes. We will then setup a time at your convenience to meet so I can evaluate your home and come up with an action plan to move forward with your listing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an Associate's Degree in Business Management and 12 years experience as a corporate sales representative. I received my Ohio Real Estate License from Hondros College in January of 2007. I hold the designation as an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) which was earned with the Ohio Board of Realtors and can provide hundreds of resources and references for related senior services throughout Northeastern Ohio for Seniors and their families. I'm also a Certified Probate Specialist.
