Darlyn was very attentive to her driving, as a former chauffeur and professional executive driving instructor, She demonstrated driving skills that were very safety conscious oriented She kept her eyes moving, gave ample distance from the vehicle in front and we felt very safe with her driving abilities.
We did not know how long the performance was going to be, but she checked with the box office and told us she would be at the entrance at the end of the performance. As we exited the theater she was right there to greet us and lead us to the car.
She was very professional in her social skills as far as not initiating idle conversation with the client unless the client first initiates a question and then the answer is short direct and to the point.

We made an agreement that the shuttle service would drop off our guests at the wedding venue. We rented a 15 passenger van to shuttle our guests a mile to the venue.The shuttle driver refused to drive to the top of the hill and my father and father in law had to drive people up from a parking lot nearby to the venue. Worst service ever. Driver claimed she could not fit her vehicle to get to the top of the hill, which is completely inaccurate given that a huge ice cream truck made it to the top without a problem. Obviously, the shuttle driver is incompetent and should not be driving a shuttle.
