Lamont, did not show up for appointment and did not respond to my follow-up emails. I stayed at the house for two hours as a I know things can happen that can delay you from arriving on time. I am professional myself and the true hallmark of a professional is 1. Being on time. 2. Responding to customer inquiries. 3. Properly notifying client that you have to cancel. Lamont did neither, Please keep this in mind if you consider doing business with this individual. I am fair person and I gave him an opportunity to respond to my questions and he chose not to. If he would have called to let me know he wasn't going to show I would have simply rescheduled, he did not provide me that opportunity and that is the reason for the low ranking.
