- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're very open, honest and competitive with our pricing. We're not going to be the cheapest, we're not going to be the most expensive. We typically like to ensure we're somewhere in the middle with pricing. We do offer military discounts along with VIP pricing to our repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction of our team and review of scope of work to complete. Follow up and daily check in with team leader on site. Quality Control walk through upon completion of project.

BA in Business from Charleston Southern University Journey Painter for more than 15 years.
