- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive because we run a very lean business model without wasteful spending on mass advertising. We rely on referrals from pleased customers just like you! These factors, along with the fact that we only take one project at a time, allow us to remain focused on providing a quality affordable service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to provide a quote of estimated costs based on the information given. However, we like to meet with the client and visually review the project prior to start. We pride ourselves on being transparent and upfront with all costs that a customer may incur so that there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Upon graduation from college, I spent 8 years as a sales specialist and later becoming an install projects pro for Lowes Companies. I ventured out on my own to launch Prestige Design Group in 2010, and I have been working on various install projects since. I have 16 years total experience in the career field.
