We used CTR Construction and Renovation LTD for a recent Remodel of our home including our kitchen and renovation of living room and dining room. Michael was our Project Consultant and he was very helpful early on in helping us determine our exact needs. We were able to go to a showroom that CTR has a longstanding relationship with and there we were walked through our kitchen design and material selecting process by very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Once our project began we work with Jason who is a Project Manager for CTR and he gave us a schedule for the entire project, which for the most part was met or exceeded. We were in a particular hurry before the Thanksgiving Holiday to complete and CTR was 95% complete by our deadline with just a few odds and ends that we added during the project. Aside from some additions we made the project stayed on budget. We are more than pleased with all the work that was provided, especially the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the entire project. We would strongly recommend CTR for any projects and will be using them for some upcoming Addition and Bathroom renovations. Chris B. Scottsdale AZ

The jobs were to lay a new patio and install a permanent aluminum cover. Both jobs were performed professionally and quickly, and with an effort to complete the jobs to our satisfaction. I am having CTR Construction do additional work, and will continue to do so in the future. We could not be more pleased with Mike Horn and CTR Construction.

The work ranges from construction (e.g. constructing new wall, rewiring outlets) to “handyman” (e.g. hanging wall art, replacing ceiling fans, installing porch chandelier, patching exterior stucco) tasks.

I had received notification from my HOA that my home had to be repainted within their time frame. I contacted CTR Construction and Renovation to provide an estimate, they were prompt, courteous and very reasonable. As their estimate was very reasonable, I utilized their service, and they were able to complete my project within the required time frame, going above and beyond repairing small cracks, dents and scraping off old cracking paint at no additional costs. Their team was well dressed, polite, and treated us with respect. My house looks like new again. Outstanding job. Thank you CTR Construction

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Choose The Right Contractor for your job. You should be able to communicate with your provider. You should do your research on the provider and insure they have the proper licensing, insurances and bonding. Check references and ask lots of questions to insure quality of work being delivered on budget in a timely manner.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Identify your projects specific needs prior to contacting a professional. Identify a budget and be prepared to ask questions if that budget cant be met and further be prepared to modify the project if the qualified professional cant meet your budget, as oppose to looking for a "Cheaper professional" cheaper is not always better and in most cases means you pay more later.
