- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Senior, Veteran/Active Duty, and First Responder discounts! In addition, we have a discount for referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is for your home or business to be performing properly when we leave. I listen to your concerns and give you as many options to repair the issue as possible. I am up front with my pricing and diligent is providing you with the best service, at the best possible price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started plumbing building residential custom homes and residential service. I decided to expand my knowledge of the trade and joined the Local 42 Plumber's and Pipefitter's Union in Albuquerque, NM as an apprentice. I graduated my 5 year apprenticeship at the top of my class. I have spent countless hours refining and perfecting my skills, learning safety, and learning about any new or upcoming changes to the plumbing code.
