These guys are amazing. I was so stressed out about last minute move and my lack of preparation for it- I booked PNW guys the day before my move and it was the best decision. These guys worked so quickly and efficiently. Packed up and wrapped all my furniture and loaded it on the truck in about an hour, they were done moving me into my new place an hour after that. They were courteous and professional and took all the stress off of my move. I will move again in a few months and absolutely use them again.

5 star for the the service and handling of my items.
I am giving 4 starts because:
-Team arrived 1hr15minutes late than the scheduled time.
-The given quote was too underestimated. Initially, the quote provided to me was $325(for 3 hours) . I verified too over the phone that how much it would cost in total. I was told that it can go max till $435. But I was charged $545 actually because it actually took 5 hours. There were other movers available with better offers, if the correct estimates were provided then I would have gone with other mover who was giving a better offer. I was getting $100 cheaper from other movers for the same(5 hours) of the duration.
I do not expect so much wrong estimation from experienced movers like PNW Moving.

We are pleased to hear that the service was up to 5 stars. As for the late arrival, since we couldn't give you a set time, as I was told by the driver they had you informed along the way with a phone call to check in on the timing.
We apologize for the misunderstanding you we had with the pricing, it's not always that we can time a move out correctly and do to that prices chance on hourly bases.
