- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently my session prices are listed below (prices are subject to change at any time) Quotes are good for 14 days: Pearl session: $125, 2 people, 1 outdoor location, 30 minutes, 10 digital files. Each additional person is $20 Sapphire session: $225, up to 5 people, 1 outdoor location, 1 hour, 20 digital files. Each additional person is $20 Diamond session: $300, up to 5 people, 2 outdoor locations within 10 miles, 2 hours, 30 digital files. Each additional person is $20 If I yield anymore great photos than what I promise, those are always included. Outfits: You can change into as many outfits as the time allows. The Intimate Wedding: $550 All edited digital files are included (typically yields roughly 100 images) Up to 2 hours of coverage Online client gallery (download, order prints, and share) Up to 25 guests Your Gift: (6) 5x7 prints and (4) 8x10 prints á la carte: 2nd photographer: $50 A coffee table photo book (includes most important images): $75 Extra guests (Up to 25 extra guests): $50 A Grand Wedding: $900 All edited digital files are included (typically yields roughly 200 images) Up to 4 hours of coverage Online client gallery (download, order prints, and share) Up to 75 guests Your Gift: A professionally printed and framed 8x10 photo from your wedding day OR a complimentary 30 minute engagement session. (This is my pearl session which includes 10 digital files) á la carte: 2nd photographer: $100 A coffee table photo book (includes most important images): $75 Extra guests (Up to 50 extra guests): $75 A Royal Wedding: $1,350 All edited digital files are included (typically yields roughly 400 images) 4 - 8 hours of coverage A second photographer Online client gallery (download, order prints, and share) Up to 150 guests Your Gift: A professionally printed and framed 8x10 photo from your wedding day AND a complimentary 30 minute engagement session. (This is my pearl session which includes 10 digital files) á la carte: A coffee table photo book (includes most important images, hard cover): $75 Extra guests (Up to 100 extra guests): $100 Custom sessions, weddings and events are also available! Travel rates apply beyond a 30 mile radius from Tacoma, WA, depending on where you'd like the shoot to take place. I can suggest many locations around the Tacoma area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's make this easy! 1) Establish a conversation 2) I'll ask you what you envision your photo session to look like (if it's a wedding, I'll send you a questionnaire and possibly set up a consultation for larger events) 3) We'll talk about the perfect location, date and time. 4) A deposit will be gathered to save your date and an E-contract will be sent to make life easier! 5) We'll meet up for our session/event and have fun! No stress involved! 6) The remainder of the payment is due on the session date. I accept cash, check or I can email you an invoice to pay with a card. 7) I'll take the next 3-7 days, (depending on size of session, sometimes longer for weddings/events), and do a full workflow (full editing process: process of elimination of photos, lighting corrections/adjustments, blemish removal, eye sharpening, teeth whitening, removal of hair flyaways, skin smoothing if necessary, elimination of distracting objects, effects added like filters/lighting) 8) I'll add your final images to an online gallery where you can download, share, and even order prints at your leisure. You can also order prints from wherever you'd like. I will host your session on the online gallery for 1 year. 9) That's it! I'll send you an email with a link to your gallery, kindly ask for a review and we'll stay connected if you're ever in need of additional services in the future!
